Fraud Shakedown: Sequence Inc. Expands Service Offerings
MILWAUKEE, WIS. -- Forensic Accountant Tracy L. Coenen of Sequence Inc. now offers seminars and corporate training on a variety of fraud topics. Coenen, a nationally recognized expert witness and fraud investigator, presents topics for the insurance industry, as well as for business owners and executives.
During a year of researching the opportunities for professional speaking, Coenen developed a list of most popular subjects. The most popular presentations include fraud awareness, fraud prevention, and fraud investigation, and each presentation is customized for the specific audience.
"Professionals who attend my seminars are looking for tools that they can understand and use in their work," said Coenen. "I incorporate relevant facts, case studies, and fraud-fighting tools into entertaining presentations. Attendees are given a lively but clear focus on what can be done to prevent and detect fraud."
Coenen's career includes more than 10 years of experience working in an accounting or investigative capacity. Sequence Inc. is located in downtown Milwaukee, and provides litigation support and fraud detection services nationwide.
"My examples and insights come from personal experience investigating fraud, as well as from research I've conducted for a book I'm writing," added Coenen. "I want the audience to feel connected to companies I talk about. Fraud happens to people like my listeners, and the reality of fraud keeps audiences engaged."
Following a recent presentation entitled "Corporate Pickpockets" for the Marquette University Center for Family Business, one participant commented, " You are an excellent public speaker and extremely knowledgeable about corporate fraud. You gave me more than a few things to think about in terms of how we are doing business today and how we can protect ourselves in the future." Upcoming engagements for Coenen include interactive sessions at national insurance fraud conferences and litigation support seminars.
